Covid 19 Update COVID 19 Precautions | Veterinarian in Moorefield, WV | South Branch Animal Hospital

COVID 19 Precautions

Covid 19 Update: Curbside protocol will continue through June (at this time we don't have an end point). Please bring a mask with you if you have one. Pets should be on leashes and/or in carriers. This allows us to continue social distancing. {Technical staff will come to you get your pet and history/questions for the doctor. They will then present your pet to the doctor for examination. The doctor will relay results, diagnosis, and suggestions for treatment to you. This can be done out at your car or on the phone from the office to your cell.} We can accommodate drop off appointments for established patients on a first come based on available kennel space.

South Branch Animal Hospital is operating as normal as possible. We do ask a few things of our wonderful clients and patients. If you feel ill (fever, cough, nasal discharge, congestion) please find someone else to bring in your pet. If you need a medication refill, please give us 24 hours notice so we can have it ready (we will call or email when it is prepared) and reduce your wait time. Non medical scheduling should be based on social exposure and individual risk. Please remain in you car until directed otherwise, call to inform us of your arrival. 304-530-7224.

Per pet family-one person at a time may enter for: Euthanasia Emergencies! - you will be asked to return to you vehicle we will retrieve your pet and call with a plan after assessment.

We plan to remain closed on Saturdays through May. In addition we are closed Memorial Day, Monday May 25. Call for emergency triage and care. 304-530-7224

We appreciate your support and understanding during these difficult and changing times. We are doing our best to keep you and our staff safe and follow the guidelines given to us.
